Sport at Marsden teaches students about sportsmanship, teamwork and courage. Students learn to be gracious winners and good losers. Sport plays an important part in the life of most Marsden students, with a 90 per cent participation rate.

Girls audition for a highly anticipated school production every second year. Past productions have included Joseph and the Technicolour Dreamcoat, Peter Pan and the Sound of Music. Speech and Drama and Public Speaking lessons are offered as an extra-curricular activity to give girls confidence in speaking in different situations, while Debating is always popular and has been highly successful in previous years.
