Regulations and Guidelines for Instrumental Lessons

Timetables are posted in advance on the Music Noticeboard. All students are expected to consult the timetables regularly.

Instruments are to be stored in the Music Resource Centre located at the end of the small studios.

Students are expected to take part in group activities suggested by the Director of Music or their tutors.

Lessons are held during school time on a rotating timetable in all lessons EXCEPT those listed below at each level.

• Marsden Primary- A fixed time each week suited to the Marsden Primary Programme
• Years 7,8,9,- Not in Food Technology, Textiles and Design, Languages.
• Year 10 - Not Languages
• Years 11,12,13,- Not in any subjects (Lessons can be held during studies, lunchtimes and after school.)
