Why should we choose Marsden Whitby over other schools?
Marsden Whitby is a co-educational school with small classes, quality teaching and a supportive pastoral environment. Marsden Whitby draws on the ethos, traditions and experience of its parent school, Samuel Marsden Collegiate School in Karori.
All students are encouraged to strive for excellence and to participate in the wider life of the school. Academic achievement is closely monitored and high standards of behaviour are the norm.

Can we meet the Director?

The Director of School, Mrs Anne Winnall, is pleased to meet with you when you visit the school.
As part of the process of applying for a place in the school, it is a requirement that your child comes with you for a friendly interview with the Director.

We do not live in Whitby. What transport arrangements are available for my child?

Students travel to Marsden Whitby from the Kapiti Coast, the Hutt Valley and Wellington city.  Students who travel by train are collected by a Marsden Whitby bus at Paremata station.
