The Marsden iCentre is a welcoming, light-filled space at the heart of the school, designed to inspire curiosity, confidence, and a love of learning. It brings together an extensive collection of books and learning resources with modern digital tools to support students at every stage of their education.
Students develop strong research and study skills through access to online databases, digital resources, and devices, as well as a wide range of current magazines and reading material for both learning and enjoyment.
All Year 7–11 students visit the iCentre regularly as part of their learning programme. During these sessions, they are supported to discover new books, choose from recommended reading lists, and learn how to find and use information effectively, guided by iCentre staff with a special passion for children’s and young adult literature.
Senior students are welcome to use the iCentre throughout the day as a space for independent study, research, or quiet reading.
