DIRECTOR OF SPORT & ACTIVE RECREATION

Responsible to the Principal, the Director of Sport & Active Recreation is responsible for the leadership and delivery of Marsden’s sport and active recreation strategy. ‘Every Body Active’. The Director will maintain oversight of all sport and active recreation across the school (Years 1-13), whilst leading and supporting the Sports Administrator with their day to day management of sport and active recreation across Years 1-8.


The successful applicant will have a proven track record of building and maintaining reciprocally respectful relationships and hold credibility and mana within the school sports sector. They will possess a passion for working with young people and whānau and be attuned with the importance of increasing and enhancing participation whilst maintaining high levels of integrity and professionalism.

PRESCHOOL TEACHER AIDE

We are seeking an enthusiastic and caring Teacher Aide to join our Preschool team. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young learners, supporting their personal, social, and educational development during these critical early years.

 

Working under the leadership of the Head of Preschool and reporting to the Head of Primary, you will play an important role in creating a nurturing, engaging and inclusive learning environment for our youngest students.

 

This is a fixed-term, full-time position, commencing in Term 4, Monday 12 October 2026.
