Marsden uses SchoolDocs, an online platform that hosts all of our policies and procedures in one easy-to-access place.
This system ensures our documents are kept up to date, follow Ministry of Education guidelines, and reflect best practice for our community.
How to access Marsden's policies
You can visit the Marsden SchoolDocs site at any time:

Related policies and procedures are grouped together on SchoolDocs, with links to supporting information.
- To find a policy or procedure, type a keyword into the search bar, or browse using the table of contents (click the black arrows to open each section).
- Search for Quick Links for Parents and Whānau, which provide links to useful policies and procedures.
- For more information about using SchoolDocs, click the Help tab at the top of the site.
Policy reviews
Policies are reviewed on a regular three-year cycle. Every term, selected policies are open for review and feedback from our community.
To contribute:
- click the Current Review tab.
- select a policy under review.
- use the Review tool to share your thoughts.
