School Bus Driver(s)

Part-time, Term Time Only, Standard Class 1 Car Licence  

 

We are seeking a reliable and friendly driver to join our Marsden transport team from Term 1, 2026. This is a part-time, term time only position involving one morning route and one afternoon route. A job share is an option, with one driver able to take the morning run and another the afternoon run, with only a standard Class 1 car licence required.

 

We are seeking someone who:

 

  • enjoys working with young people and creates a calm, welcoming environment
  • is safety-focused and confident driving a small school bus
  • can build positive relationships with students and families
  • has excellent communication and time management skills
  • is dependable and takes pride in providing a consistent, professional service
  • holds a current full NZ driver licence and either already has, or is willing to obtain, a P endorsement
  • aligns with Marsden’s values and is committed to student wellbeing.
