Whitby School Sale
2019 has seen some significant structural change for the school with the sale of Marsden Whitby to Fiso Investment Group Ltd. We are delighted with this outcome for the Whitby staff and students and we wish Whitby Collegiate well for a long and successful future.
As this chapter of Marsden’s history closes, we turn over to a new page when Marsden will once again focus almost fully (excluding our Preschool) on the education of girls. This has been our core reason for being for over 140 years. The development of young women is what we are passionate about. A Marsden girl can be anything she sets her mind to be at any stage of her career. She’s someone who, in forging her own way, is mindful of others and concerns herself not with just imagining a better future but helping to create it.
