In between presentations we enjoyed an exquisite performance of 'Scarborough Fair' by Luisa, Eva and Freya.  Marsden Poetry Award winners Bay Johnson (Y7-10 winner) and Louisa Boyer (Y11-12 winner) recited their thought-provoking poems, based on the theme 'I have a question'.

Outgoing Academic Director Margaret Adeane gave a valedictory speech, acknowledging the massive impact that teaching has made in her life and the special memories she has of all the students she has taught over the years.

Past students have a way of cropping up in all sorts of places. And when they do, I take a secret pride in knowing that I was there, somewhere along that person’s journey, and maybe made a small but positive difference.
Margaret Adeane, Academic Director, 2023

We know Margaret has made more than a 'small' difference in countless students' lives!

How good it was to have our scholars' families with us to share in this wonderful Marsden tradition, thank you for coming.  It is good to be able to celebrate our students' hard work and dedication to their learning.
