Maths, Science, Physics
Aurelia joined Marsden in 2025 to teach Science and Maths in the Middle School and Physics to Senior students. She brings a wealth of international experience, having taught three different curricula across three continents and in two languages.
Originally trained as a Chemical Engineer at Imperial College London and a prestigious institution in France, Aurelia later retrained as a Physics and Chemistry teacher to pursue her passion for education.
Deeply committed to student development, she has explored the benefits of Montessori education both as a parent and as a teacher, believing that every student deserves individual attention and thoughtful guidance.
Having lived in New Zealand with her family for the past 15 years, Aurelia values the slower pace of life, the strong sense of community, and the deep connection with nature — qualities she finds sometimes missing in her home country.
For her, “building trust is a dream job.”
