Background
Penny joined Marsden in September 2025 and brings over 20 years of experience in Finance and Operations across investment banking and funds management. She has led complex projects, business-wide transformation, and regulatory change, demonstrating a strong track record in delivering results and innovative solutions.

Approach and Contribution
Penny is passionate about problem-solving and finding solutions to complex challenges. She values the role of sport and personal development, having been a competitive gymnast, swimmer, and athlete herself. She believes that participation in sport builds resilience and confidence, qualities she brings to her leadership approach.
Interests and hobbies
Outside of Marsden, Penny enjoys time with friends and family, and remains actively involved in gymnastics as a coach, Senior Advanced Gymnastics Judge, and as a volunteer Treasurer for Onslow Gymnastics, a role she has managed over the past seven years. When not immersed in sport, she enjoys diving into spreadsheets and working on strategic solutions – her “happy place.”
