How to apply

Application and enrolment is a three step process:

1. Application

International Students can apply easily by clicking the 'Apply Now' button. You are able to save the online application and come back to it later if needed. There is no application fee at this point.

Documents you may need for the application are:

  • copy of the student's passport
  • copy of a recent school report for student
  • copy of the parent's or caregiver's passport
  • signed copy of the International Enrolment Agreement and Medical Form, which will be provided to you during the online application. Download, sign and upload.

2. Interview

Once your application has been received, you will be contacted to make a date/time for your interview with the Director of International Students. Acceptance is subject to this interview.

3. Enrolment

The Director of International Students will assess your application and suitability. If successful, a Provisional Letter of Offer will follow, along with an invoice for the fees outlined above. Once the invoice has been paid in full, you will receive a Confirmed Offer of Place (required for Immigration New Zealand visa application purposes), an Enrolment Agreement outlining the conditions of study and our refund policy (to be signed), and other enrolment documentation.

Any confirmed offer of place is contingent upon the applicant/family meeting the requirements of the New Zealand Government for entry to New Zealand, as applicable at the time of entry.

Once enrolled, international students have the same rights as domestic students. They are also required to observe the laws of New Zealand, the school rules and code of conduct. In addition, students who are in a homestay are expected to follow the rules of the homestay caregiver.
