A night to celebrate our Marsden Sportswomen

The Marsden Sports Awards were held on Wednesday 25 October to honour and celebrate our sportswomen, coaches and volunteers on a wonderful year of sporting achievements.

We are delighted to announce the 2017 Sportswoman of the Year and recipient of the Weston Cup is Imogen Skelton. Her personal best high jump of 1.76m to secure Bronze for New Zealand at the Youth Commonwealth Games in Bahamas, just one of her outstanding results this year. Imogen won a Silver medal in the Senior Girls Athletics at National Secondary School Champs, Silver medal U18 and Bronze medal U20 at the National club champs and was a member of the relay team which won the Senior girls title at National Secondary School Champs. Congratulations Imogen, you have had a stellar year!
