Top Prize Winners Announced
We are delighted to announce the Samuel Marsden Collegiate School Dux for 2018 is Anjali Gentejohann. This is the ultimate in academic achievement at Marsden.
Anjali has been a recipient of the Marsden Scholar’s Colours Award for the last two years for her consistently outstanding academic achievement. In 2017 she came first in New Zealand in the Cambridge AS Biology exams. This year she was selected as one of five students to make up the New Zealand team attending Asia Science Camp in Indonesia. She was selected for the 2018 Rotary National Science and Technology Forum and was one of 40 to take part in the Royal Society Te Aparangi’s Powering Potential programme. Anjali was also first in the Native Speakers’ category in the Goethe Society German Oral Competition.
It takes extraordinary talent and dedication to be a Marsden Dux and we warmly congratulate Anjali on this deserved award.
