Sporting Achievements Celebrated
On Wednesday 18 October we celebrated the 2023 Marsden Sports Awards. After an incredible year of sporting success, it was wonderful to be able to recognise our students who have had some fantastic results.
We were fortunate to have the most capped Black Fern of all time and three-time Rugby World Cup winner Kendra Cocksedge as our guest speaker.

Kendra spoke about not doubting yourself in sport, playing a huge range of sports while still in school, and told stories of her time playing for the Black Ferns and the challenges she faced.
Thank you Kendra, it was fabulous to have such world class leadership for inspiration.
Top Award winners
Well done to all of the Colours, Honours and Cup winners, and a special congratulations to the Football 1st XI for winning Team of the Year, Alyssa Bai for winning Most Promising Sportsperson, and Sarah Guiney for winning the pinnacle award, Weston Cup for Sportsperson of the Year.
